The company that provides this investment product is on the market for over 10 years. Already completed 12 seperate projects (settlements). All of them are in only good locations, close to bigger cities like Olsztyn, Mikołajki, Giżycko, where from you can sail your or rented yacht.
Investment process:
Your plan is to buy a plot of land at early stage of investment with a low price. For next 3 years company will provide all the goods to the settlement such as:
water,
electricity,
sewage,
roads,
fences,
volleyball court,
lake bridges,
ports for yachts,
private beach.
After that the value of your plot has risen (medium value growth is 25% yearly - which makes 175% after 3 years. Minimum v.g. was 15%/year.). To assure you we can share with you some earlier contracts that shows buying and selling prices of the same plot.
Between year 1-2 it's time to start building your house (this is the time needed to make all the connections like water, electricity, sewage). You can build two floor house on every plot.
You can treat this offer in two ways:
1. Buy a plot (for ex. by shoreline), build a house and treat it as your summer house.
2. Buy a plot and decide to wait at least 3 years until value growth is big enough and sell it to investor from point 1. You can as well build a house and make your revenue even bigger. We will help you with a resale.
PRICES:
Land areas from 1.000 sqm up to 19.000 sqm.
Prices starting at 140.000 PLN (€33.000)
Prices/sqm between 55 PLN (€13) - 120 PLN (€28) depending on the location of the plot (distance from lake coast).
Buying process:
You come to Warsaw airport, than we pick you up and drive our Jeep to Masurian voivodeship to show you various locations. It's 1-2 days trip depending on how much you want to see. Hotels and alimentation is provided.
When you decide which plot you want to buy, just let us know. We will prepare all the documents and will set up a contract at notary office. You come to a contract and the plot is yours!
We can also help you with getting a loan if you want to.
